EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You have 30 days to exchange an item whether it is purchased in full price or purchased during sale from the date you received it. Simply get back to us at cs@brandedwear.com.pk or call us at +92 423 2297348 or whats app us at our Customer Support numbers +92 323 4770630.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.’
  • Your item must be in the original packaging (hang tag removed but must be intact as separately).
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (order received at email, or knowing order number/order name/date when order was placed or hard copy invoice). All Nothing in this Clause affects our policy for return and exchanges and faulty or wrong goods.
  • Please note that due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or shipping error.
  • Furthermore, if you receive item that has size issue/fitting issue or not looking/shaping well in terms of fitting you can still exchange it with other article.
  • In case the size you are looking is sold out, you can exchange it with other product. The exchange product should be equal or greater than the previously purchased product. For example if you purchased product for Rs 5,000 the next exchange product must be minimum of Rs 5,000 or above. It is not compulsory that your exchange product must be one item, it can be more than more one item. Our policy is that we just adjust the base price, item is not the issue.
  • In case you receive an item that is faulty/damaged/dirty we will offer you exchange in size or product plus 5% discount coupon code voucher that can be utilized for next online order/purchase.
