After placing an order online through our website https://www.brandedwear.com.pk, you will receive order details in an email, which were provided from your side with selected delivery method (through Cash on Delivery/ Credit OR Debit Card/EASY Paisa or Via Jazz Cash Account.

Our Representative from Customer Support Department will then call you on the number provided in the order details for order confirmation or assist in any additional information required for order dispatch like for instance change in delivery address, name/contact details or on what day to dispatch order/hold and etc.

Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch your order (if order placed before 4 PM will be dispatch same day after 4 PM it will be dispatch on next working day) through any of the 2 Reliable Courier Companies associated with us in Pakistan – Call Courier and TCS.

It will usually take 1-3 working days for major cities and 2-5 working days for remote areas.

Courier Company Rider will contact you prior to delivery to help ensure you are able to receive your parcel on time and they will take payment from you only if you have selected for cash on delivery payment method.
